    The decision to build a house is a momentous one, and living a long distance away from the construction site adds to the stress.  When our situation was further complicated by illness, the worries could have become overwhelming.  On the contrary, working with you virtually eliminated our concerns.  We quickly learned that you would contact us if needed, and that you would proceed with integrity and skill. . .

    We cannot begin to thank you enough for the beautiful home you built for us.  It is everything that we expected.  Your attention to detail shows up everywhere in our home.  There is nothing that we would have had you do differently.  The sub-contractors you used followed plans to a perfect T.  Along with this, each of the sub-contractors kept the house and surrounding area very clean.  They all were very cooperative and really nice people to work with.
    You past experience and ideas during the construction process added to our house plans.  It was a total team effort between you, the sub-contractors and us.  As you know, Bonny is a certified interior designer.  Her expectations throughout the construction process and the final results were very high.  You met these expectations and exceeded them. . .

    Now that we are settled in our new home, we want to tell you how happy we are.  You know, finding a builder is much like finding a friend.  You look for someone with integrity, who is honest and fair, who communicates well and yet takes time to listen, and one who truly cares.  You have these qualities, and we are very thankful that they made our working relationship with you most enjoyable.
    You also adept in other ways.  You changed problem areas, suggested fresh ideas, and organized the "subs" to fit our targeted time frame.  In fact, you personally worked extra hours in order to meet a deadline created by our children coming for a visit.  This was very much appreciated!
    Several "subs" have visited with us and have mentioned that they consider you to be the "Best of Builders." . . . 
    . . . However, our stress was very limited and we were confident because you were on the job.  This was important to us.
